you graced us with during our flood crisis!
Your knowledge and quick action was AMAZING! It didn't seem to matter
what the day or hour was, or that it was a 58 mile round trip...you were
there for us. The first call to you was Saturday evening. Before the evening
was over, you had raised the carpet, removed the padding, and placed 2
huge dehumidifiers and 14 very large fans going in our lower level.
You immediately assessed the time and extent of the damage and were able
to show and tell us exactly how long it was going to take to get everything
back to normal. You and your staff made it look so easy!
Thank you, too, for guiding us through the insurance claim process. Your
calm, assuring manner was such a comfort to us.
